Beautiful prefinished douglas fir soffits and venting was completed

 

 It's drywall week. 

First the boarders came in to cut and fit the drywall. Then we spent a few days to custom install special corner and trim beadswhich will snug up and highlight our timber posts and beams.

Our talented designer and owner , Chris Lynn, came up with the idea with our engineer to use a "permeable" membrane which, after gravel infill will be our parking lot area. This was an environmental solution to storm water run-off.

Gerry finished up the Sidewall shingles while Jay and Lee carried on stoning the front face. Metal siding installation next.
